Dr. Kelsey Morgan

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
EverFree

Kelsey Morgan, PhD is the Co-Founder and CEO of EverFree, where she is leading a fundamental shift in how the world responds to abuse, violence, and exploitation: from top-down service delivery toward individual-led systems where every person drives their own path to healing and freedom.

Kelsey’s journey began over 15 years ago, providing direct support to survivors of gender-based violence and human trafficking in East Africa. That frontline experience convinced her that durable freedom requires solutions built from the ground up, by and for the people closest to the problem. She founded Willow International in 2010, merged with 10ThousandWindows in 2021 to form EverFree. Along the way, she completed her PhD at the University of California, Irvine, where she co-created Freedom Lifemap, a tech-driven platform now active in 13 countries and validated by Innovations for Poverty Action, the University of California Irvine, and the UK government. Freedom Lifemap personalizes care around each survivor, builds shared infrastructure that makes every partner more effective, and generates real-time evidence about what actually works.

Under Kelsey’s leadership, EverFree has become a recognized force for systems change, with work featured by the United Nations, MIT Solve, and the CNN Freedom Project. She is known for building the kind of coalitions and tools that don’t just serve more people, they make the whole system smarter.
