Essential Functions
The Head of Global Philanthropy is seeking to grow the Advancement team by adding a strong administrator. This role will support all development strategies, provide organizational support to ensure the team operates seamlessly to achieve fundraising goals. The primary function of the Executive Assistant is to support the Head of Global Philanthropy.

The Executive Assistant will manage software systems, coordinate scheduling and travel, and maintain tracking and reporting. An individual who is highly organized, systems focused, detail oriented, thorough, adaptable, and consistent will thrive in this environment. The position requires a professional who is located in Orange County, works remotely 75% of the time, but is available for on-site weekly collaboration and planning, as well as monthly organizational promotional events. This role requires interfacing with high net worth individuals. The utmost professionalism in both written and verbal communication is required.


  • Support efforts of major donor cultivation and stewardship
  • Maintain the systems and tracking for the advancement team
  • Create professional development decks, presentations, and proposals
  • Develop reports, excel spreadsheets, and plans
  • Outreach to prospects and mid and major donors
  • Assist with grant applications and reporting
  • Manage and maintain donor database
  • Coordinate scheduling and manage travel
  • Support relations with high-net worth individuals
  • Represent the organization on site, at in person functions
