Freedom Lifemap Coordinator (Remote work, Manila-Based) 

Job Summary: 

The Freedom Lifemap Coordinator will identify, recruit, and train partner organizations to implement the Freedom Lifemap tool, supporting vulnerable populations, including survivors of exploitation and marginalized groups. This role involves securing partnerships and funding, fostering strategic collaborations, and providing ongoing training and support. The coordinator will also facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, promoting the exchange of insights and innovations. Additionally, the position includes administering the Freedom Lifemap assessments to clients within EverFree’s programs. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with partner organizations, actively engage new partners through outreach, and identify potential funders. Negotiate partnership agreements and secure organizational commitments to support the implementation of Freedom Lifemap programs. 
  • Training and Capacity Building: Design and deliver training programs for partner organizations on the Freedom Lifemap tool, providing ongoing technical assistance and developing tailored training resources. 
  • Lead and Strengthen the Freedom Lifemap Hub: Facilitate network gatherings, organize summits to promote knowledge-sharing, and cultivate a strong network of partners and funders.  
  • Support and Monitoring: Serve as the primary contact for partners and funders, monitor their progress and impact, and provide feedback for continuous improvement. 
  • Reporting and Communication: Track partnership activities, prepare reports on engagement and program impact, and maintain communication with organizational leadership and stakeholders. 
  • Coordination and Administration of Freedom Lifemap Assessments: Coordinate and administer assessments for clients in EverFree’s  programs, ensuring evaluations are conducted within designated periods. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field. 
  • 2-3 years of experience in partnership development, training, or program coordination within the nonprofit or social service sectors. 
  • Proven skills in identifying and securing organizational support and building relationships with diverse partners. 
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills. 
  • Familiarity with case management or data collection tools for vulnerable populations is a plus. 
  • Culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and committed to survivor-centered approaches.

Program Support and Admin Assistant 

Job Summary: 

The Program Support and Admin Assistant is responsible for providing administrative, logistical, and other related support to ensure effective delivery of EverFree programs and services to its beneficiaries.  Part of the role is handling payment transactions to effectively carry out organizational activities.  Critical to the role is the ability to organize, prioritize tasks, manage time, perform multiple tasks, and to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and partners. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Revolving Fund Custodian. Responsibilities include reviewing fund requests, releasing payments, processing reimbursements, and managing deposits of grants and excess cash advances. Maintains accountable forms, preparing official receipts, and monitoring their issuance and validity.
  • Procurement. involves handling employee purchase requests, canvassing office supplies, sourcing suppliers, and negotiating payment terms in line with EverFree guidelines. Reviews delivery receipts, processing supplier payments, and coordinating the distribution of goods to employees.
  • Fixed Assets. Inventory management, tracking asset accountability, and facilitating repairs or disposal of assets as needed. Ensures proper storage, safekeeping, and monitoring of borrowed office equipment.
  • General Admin. Manages business permit renewals, monitors compliance with government requirements, and oversees visitor communication and correspondence. Ensures the satellite office is secure, well-maintained, and stocked with supplies while coordinating repairs, maintaining records, and liaising with external agencies.
  • Program Support. Assists with program events such as training, conferences, assemblies, and outreach activities.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration/Management, Accountancy, and other related courses 
  • At least one year work experience in office administration and project implementation 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • High level of attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to excellence 
  • High intellectual curiosity and strong willingness to continually learn and strengthen one’s professional knowledge and skills 
  • Ability to empathize and communicate effectively with people from different social backgrounds 
  • Ability to develop a genuine passion for the mission of EverFree 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications  

Education and Training Coordinator

Job Summary: 

The Education and Training Coordinator for Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Program is mainly responsible for the planning, implementation, monitoring, and review/evaluation of EverFree’s Entrepreneurship and Outreach/Advocacy training programs.  Critical to the role is the ability to effectively facilitate training/group sessions using trauma-informed care and motivational interviewing practices, manage multiple tasks, high planning and organizing skills. 

Key Responsibilities: 

    • Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Program. Prepares training plans, conducts client orientations, and coordinates with counselors and partners, while managing materials, sessions, tests, and participant progress. It also includes planning culmination activities, preparing reports, evaluating feedback for improvement, and updating program resources.
    • Outreach/Advocacy Program. Leads in the planning, coordinating, and implementing modules on topics like human trafficking and abuse, working with EverFree clients and partners. Conducts Training of Trainers, preparing training plans and materials, coordinating logistics, administering tests and feedback, and preparing reports. Reviews and updates program resources such as modules, workbooks, and guides.
    • Education Program. Conducts scholarship and financial support validation interviews, participates in scholarship validation meetings, and engages in scholars’ assemblies and related events.
  • Other Training Programs. Facilitates selected modules of the Soft Skills Training and Empowerment Program, participates in training culmination events, and prepares necessary training reports.
  • Client/Beneficiary Crisis Intervention. Prepares crisis incident reports, conducts risk assessments, and develops safety intervention plans. Make follow-up and monitoring, coordinating with social workers and external service providers, and updating follow-up reports for assigned clients.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Social Sciences 
  • Two years’ work experience in training facilitation, project management and coordination 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • High level of attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to excellence 
  • High intellectual curiosity and strong willingness to continually learn and strengthen one’s professional knowledge and skills 
  • Ability to empathize and communicate effectively with people from different social backgrounds 
  • Ability to develop a genuine passion for the mission of EverFree 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
