Janice Ubaldo’s pursuit of “life is a mission, not a career” led her to PTI, EverFree’s program Philippines. She has been with PTI for over 12 years. She is currently leading the implementation of education and training programs and overseeing the support services. Prior to joining social development work, she was in the corporate sector championing human resources programs on talent management and organizational development. She completed her bachelor’s in psychology and Master of Management from the University of the Philippines.
