Elana Tyrangiel is a seasoned leader and advisor on matters of ethics and policy. She currently serves as Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), where she oversees HPE’s global ethics and compliance program, including significant corporate efforts on human rights and supply chain and environmental responsibility. Before joining HPE, she held senior roles at the United States Department of Justice, advising the Attorney General and others as the head of the Office of Legal Policy, and served as an Assistant United States Attorney focused on domestic violence and sex abuse matters. She holds degrees from Brown University and the University of Michigan Law School.
