Phoebe is driven by a belief that women and girls everywhere deserve the chance to thrive. With a background in international development, she has led global teams in designing and delivering programs that improve the economic livelihoods, health, and mental well-being of young people across Asia and Africa.
At EverFree, Phoebe helps operationalize organizational strategy and strengthen systems for growth. Before joining EverFree, she spent several years at Girl Effect, where she helped secure funding, transform processes, and build girl-centered technology products that reached millions globally. Her work has consistently focused on supporting adolescents, refugee and asylum-seeking populations, and women and girls made vulnerable around the world.
She holds an MSc in Gender, Development, and Globalization from the London School of Economics and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder.
