We are thrilled to announce that Emily Fan and Lisa Jackson recently joined the 10KW Board. Both Fan and Jackson are seasoned leaders with years of experience in the nonprofit sector.

Emily Fan, J.D. Associate General Counsel, The David and Lucile Packard Foundation
Emily has been practicing law for nearly 15 years, primarily in the not-for-profit and international development sectors. She joined the David and Lucile Packard Foundation in January 2016 as Associate General Counsel. Emily’s experience in the non-profit sector spans the globe and includes Room to Read, Habitat for Humanity International, the Clinton Foundation’s Health Access Initiative (CHAI), and counter sex trafficking efforts in northern Thailand with the International Justice Mission. Emily holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she helped to edit the Virginia Environmental Law Journal, and a B.A. from Bryn Mawr College, where she studied sociology and Asian American studies.

Lisa Jackson, Ph.D. Managing Partner, Imago Dei Fund
Lisa’s expansive background includes over two decades of working in philanthropy and the social sector. Prior to managing the Imago Dei Fund, she was Co-Founder and Managing Director of the College for Social Innovation, a partnership between social sector organizations and colleges to provide fully-credited, semester-long internships in Boston. Prior to launching this organization, Lisa was the Managing Partner for Portfolio Investments at New Profit, Inc. Lisa serves on the national board of College Advising Corps and is a former elected member of the Brookline School Committee. Lisa has a Ph.D. in Education from Stanford University, and a B.S. in Psychology from Howard University.
